The price can vary depending on the character's details, with the lowest prices typically offered for a character with a simple design, and the highest prices for a character with a detailed design (e.g., weapons, pets, complicated details, etc).

Add characters: +60% for each character added (max 3 characters)

For commercial use, the artwork price is based on my personal prices with a markup of 50%-100% depending on what it's being used for( contact me for more info regarding pricing)

Privacy Fees: It's FREE! Please let me know beforehand, and I'll be sure not to post the finished commission piece unless given permission.

The artist has the right to reject a commission.

I will not be responsible for any mistakes in the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

All personal information will be kept private and confidential.

I remain the copyright holder of my artwork.

My artwork is not allowed to be used/edited in a discriminatory way.

Commissioned artwork can only be used for personal purposes, including but not limited to posting on social media and making personal prints (non-profit). Proper credit needs to be given to the artist in all cases. DO NOT claim that you have made the artwork yourself.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always include a markup of the original price(see my Commission Info page for pricing). You are permitted to create any merchandise with the artwork.

The client and the artist will have the right to post the artwork on social media unless the client prefers it to be private.

My art is never allowed to be used in NFTS, Crypto, or AI. Feeding my artworks to train AI programs is strictly prohibited.

All commissions are only accepted via Paypal and will only be paid in USD (US Dollars). Payments are made via PayPal invoices, which I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission(s) have been determined.

I will not begin a commission until the full payment has been received.

Please do not send me any payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any abuse.

No refunds will be issued after the draft has been approved. Refunds will be an option in cases where completion is delayed beyond negotiated deadline.

Additionally, the Artist has the right to revoke the commission at any time if these Terms of Service are breached.

Commissioned work takes at least 30 days to complete.

I will always inform you if something comes up and if there is a delay with the art.

If you need your commission to be completed by a specific date, please ensure you state it in the form when you commission me. An additional fee will be applied due to giving your commission priority.

If there is no specific deadline, the time for your commission to be completed can be up to 4 - 5 months, depending on various factors such as health, complexity, work, or family issues.

The client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, but cannot request changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch; otherwise, it will be considered a redraw.

I can make small changes, such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Though any big changes will come with an extra charge if the reference was unclear to begin with (e.g., outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, bg changes, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely

Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via email in PNG format; this does not include the native files (e.g., .psd, .sai, etc.)
